Pelham Manufacturer Expands Operations and Retains Skilled Jobs with Equipment Investment through the BFA Loan Participation Program

Pelham, NH — J.T. Manufacturing Corporation (JTM), a long-standing Pelham-based precision machining company, has secured $1.275 million in equipment financing to support the purchase of a new advanced machining system that will enhance production capacity, efficiency, and long-term job stability.

The financing is structured as a loan participation between the Business Finance Authority (BFA) and Millyard Bank. The investment will support the acquisition of a new Machining Center, strengthening JTM’s ability to serve defense and aerospace customers.

The new equipment will allow JTM to take on more complex, tight-tolerance manufacturing work that requires highly skilled machinists. By improving scheduling predictability, production efficiency, and on-time delivery, the investment supports the retention of skilled jobs and enables continued wage growth in a competitive manufacturing environment.

“J.T. Manufacturing has been a part of New Hampshire’s manufacturing community for decades,” said James Key-Wallace, Executive Director of the Business Finance Authority. “This investment helps ensure the company remains competitive while continuing to provide skilled jobs and high-quality manufacturing in the region.”

Founded more than 40 years ago, JTM is ISO 9001:2015 certified and specializes in manufacturing complex, tight-tolerance components for defense, aerospace, medical, and advanced technology customers.
